7pin does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. 7pin may share your personal data with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment Processors — GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT processing providers receive the minimum data necessary to process your transactions. Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and applicable payment regulations.
- KYC/AML Service Providers — Third-party identity verification providers assist 7pin with document authentication. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only for identity verification purposes.

11. Children's Privacy
Strictly No Minors
The 7pin Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. 21+ 7pin does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If 7pin becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended and all associated personal data will be deleted without unnecessary delay. 12. Changes to this Policy
7pin reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS to the registered mobile number or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
