1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 7pin ("7pin," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://7pin.asia and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and progressive web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

7pin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending bonuses.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games on the 7pin Platform, you must create a verified account. Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. A one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent via SMS to verify ownership of the provided mobile number. Completion of the OTP verification step constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update your account information promptly if it changes. 7pin is not liable for any losses or consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active 7pin account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through other persons — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held therein may be voided and forfeited without notice.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 7pin will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

7pin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and USDT (cryptocurrency, converted at prevailing rates). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotion. All deposited funds are credited to your 7pin account wallet in PHP.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity must be verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with your balance must be fully satisfied;
• The withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used to fund your account, or you must provide satisfactory documentation to support the use of a new method;

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 7pin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion fees applicable to cryptocurrency deposits are deducted prior to credit. 7pin does not charge additional fees on standard PHP deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7pin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and do not constitute real-money funds until wagering requirements are met;
• 7pin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated software, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure;
• Bonuses are for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• 7pin's decision regarding bonus eligibility and wagering calculation is final.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 7pin Platform — including slots, live casino table games, sabong, sports betting, bingo, and lottery — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to all financial, account, and compliance matters.

All random-outcome games on the 7pin Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is subject to regular independent audits to ensure statistical fairness. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Use proceeds of illegal activity to fund your 7pin account (money laundering);
• Harass, threaten, or abuse 7pin staff, other players, or dealers;
• Access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Transfer, sell, or assign your 7pin account or any balances therein to another person.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7pin Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, software, text, graphics, and audio-visual materials — is owned by or licensed to 7pin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 7pin.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7pin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 7pin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7pin's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 7pin account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7pin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 7pin reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons.

10. Responsible Gaming

7pin provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the player account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits — configure maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month;
• Session Time Limits — set maximum play session durations with automatic logout;

11. Account Suspension & Closure

7pin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• At the player's own request (account closure);
• Enforcement of a self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds and any winnings subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method, following completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

12. Amendments

7pin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
