7pin's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 7pin account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7pin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 7pin reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons.
